Third-party shipping is ONLY applied to products that are NOT handmade/ handcrafted. Some of our items are shipped by third-party distributors. As such, additional time may be required to ensure adequate delivery.

Please be sure to have the correct mailing address. We will not be responsible for wrong shipping address if we do not have the correct information.

Due to COVID- 19 Pandemic, we (THE KUSH EXCHANGE), cannot accept any returns. If the product has been worn, ingested, and placed in the home we cannot accept returns. Please see REFUNDS policy.

We will refund all monies up to the 7th day of purchase AFTER date of receipt. Meaning that you 'the consumer' has up to 7 days to receive a refund.

PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your Paypal account at least 24 business hours. Please note, the refunded amount must be transferred back to your banking institution from your Paypal account.

Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within three to five business days.
