Due to the personal hygiene nature of the product, your custom face masks are non-returnable.

RETURNS POLICY:

Due to COVID- 19 Pandemic, we (THE KUSH EXCHANGE), cannot accept any returns. If the product has been worn, ingested, placed in the home we cannot accept returns. Please see REFUNDS policy.

We will refund all monies up to the 7th day of purchase AFTER date of receipt. Meaning that you 'the consumer' has up to 7 days to recieve a refund.

PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your Paypal account at least 24 business hours. Please note, the refunded amount must be transferred back to your banking institution from your Paypal account.
