Due to COVID- 19 Pandemic, we (THE KUSH EXCHANGE), cannot accept any returns. If the product has been worn, ingested, and placed in the home we cannot accept returns. Please see REFUNDS policy.

We will refund all monies up to the 7th day of purchase AFTER date of receipt. Meaning that you 'the consumer' has up to 7 days to receive a refund.

PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your Paypal account at least 24 business hours. Please note, the refunded amount must be transferred back to your banking institution from your Paypal account.

Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within three to five business days.

Regular Shipping has resumed post pandemic. However, some shipping may be delayed due to unforeseen conditions with delivery and/ or arrival beyond The Kush Exchange control.

However, we are not responsible for any allergic reactions you (the consumer) may encounter. If you are not sure about any potential reaction, please apply a small amount on an area of your skin.
