As with everything else, it is said that coffee was discovered in Africa, more notably in Ethiopia. Hence the reason we named our coffee Ethiopian Genesis (The Beginning). There are several legendary accounts as to how coffee was discovered. The most widely believed is by a goat herder named Kaldi who noticed his goat loved to eat these particular 'berries' and would be excited to them everytime they go out. He reportedly ate them and stayed alert.
Ethiopian Coffee compliments any dessert. It's light enough to drink but holds it's own in conversation and a cinnabon.

Roast-to-order means that we DO NOT touch the coffee beans UNTIL the consumer orders the desired coffee. We are able to roast in small batches, which makes our coffee high in quality and uniqueness in taste.
