Roast-to-order means that we DO NOT touch the coffee beans UNTIL the consumer orders the desired coffee. We are able to roast in small batches, which makes our coffee high in quality and uniqueness in taste.
All purchased subscriptions (Coffee and Chocolate) will automatically renew into a paid membership until you (the consumer), cancel, and that the minimum purchase obligation for the subscription(s) is chosen. Please remember, shipping and handling is not included and will be added at the end of purchase. You will be charged the amount of this subscription and this subscription only. Each subscription may vary. If you need to cancel your subscription, please cancel by email or by logging in to your account at thekushexchange.com and cancel all subscriptions. Any cancellations before the preceding scheduled shipment will receive no further charges; and those received after this cutoff are subject to a final charge for the schedule shipment, after which no further charges will apply.
We will refund all monies up to the 7th day of purchase AFTER date of receipt. Meaning that you 'the consumer' has up to 7 days to receive a refund.

PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your Paypal account at least 24 business hours. Please note, the refunded amount must be transferred back to your banking institution from your Paypal account.
