Ethiopian- Has a Raspberry jam, plum tropical spice flavor. It is smooth, clean, and complex with juicy acidity.
Kenya- Very good acidity, Silky with strong flavor notes of apricot, stone fruit, citrus, and currant
Rwanda- Has a caramel and burnt sugar aroma. Berro, nut, and malts lead the flavor notes for this exquisite coffee.
Tanzania- Spices and herbs and some flowers in this cup linger on your palate. The fruity overtones are nicely balanced with the florals and spice.
Uganda - Very complex yet has underlying notes of chocolate and dark fruits and a very earthy finish. It's surprisingly light but the flavor is very rich with dark chocolates.
DR Congo- Grown on volcanic soil, this particular coffee offers a variety of chocolate, fruity and flowery notes.
Burundi- This is a Red Bourbon variety of coffee. The cherries are double fermented and sun-dried on raised beds. This makes for a complex flavor note of Green apple, caramel, vanilla, raspberry, plum, and mulling spice with a nice syrupy body. Spicy, Fruity, Flowery, Winey are the first taste you'll enjoy.
